I got "The log file for database tempdb is full, backup transaction
log to free up some space for log space"
error message.

Please help any store procedure or any method to do so,

So if the log for tempdb is full, there is not much point in
backing it up.

But there is reason to review:

1) How big is that log?
2) How much space is there on that disk? (Not much, since you ran out
of space.)
3) Maybe you should put the tempdb elsewhere than on the system disk?
