Best compare and sync tool

I am looking for a tool that will allow me to compare objects in one DB to objects in one or more DBs on same server and generate change scripts where needed. also allow me to create or alter a script then create or update it on all other selected servers. is there anything any better or any cheaper than Red-Gate bundle?

There is SQL Server Data Tools which is a free download from Microsoft.
Whether it is better than Red Gate... I don't use any of them very much,
but I find SSDT a little heavy since it lives in Visual Studio.

ApexSQL also has tools in this area. I don't know much about them.
