Express version users limitation

I just wanted to know does Expres version have limitations of the
users.
I did some research on Google and WikiPedia, I only see that it has
limitation of memory, size of database and CPU to use, but nothing
about the limitations of the users to connect the server.

In difference Express has no "governor" that sets in and slows things
down, but you can connect as many users as you want.
